Step 1: Contact the Seller of the item you want to return

If you purchase an item and it is not as described or damaged you need to immediately contact the seller to arrange for a return.
•You will find the seller's contact details on the order.
•If you make contact via email please allow up to 72 hours for the seller to reply to your return request。

Step 2: Packaging item for the return

Tips for returning items:
•While in transit the item is the responsibility for the sender.
•Make sure that items returned are packaged carefully.
•Items that are returned should always have a tracking number and be insured。

Step 3: Arrange for a refund or replacement after the item is returned.

After the item has been returned and the seller has confirmed receipt and inspected the item. Arrange for a refund or a replacement.
